The operating principle behind Vitrans custom conveying lines is straightforward. Workpieces are placed on dedicated pallets or flexible chain plates, then moved forward by timing belts, flat belts, double-speed chains, powered rollers and other conveying media. When reaching each processing station, materials are precisely blocked and positioned for assembly or testing. After one procedure finishes, pallets flow to the next station, while empty pallets automatically circulate back to form a seamless closed-loop production system.
