Most manufacturers struggle with one common issue when selecting conveying equipment: picking a model that simply does not fit their actual production conditions. Choosing the right conveyor solution starts with understanding different conveyor types and their practical strengths. Below are five mainstream conveyor series developed and produced by Vitrans, covering most automated production and logistics scenarios.

1. Double Speed Chain Conveyor
Featuring multiple configurable models, our double speed chain conveyor stands out for its outstanding heavy-load performance, capable of handling payloads up to 2000kg with stable operation. We integrate a built-in chain tensioning structure, allowing on-site staff to fine-tune chain tension anytime during production. This design effectively stabilizes line operation and solves the common industry problem of short chain service life and loose operation.
This heavy-duty conveyor is widely used for material handling in new energy battery production, automotive parts manufacturing and other production scenarios that require long-term, high-load cyclic conveying.
Vitrans belt conveyor systems mainly include two core types: timing belt conveyors and flat belt conveyors. Different from ordinary commercial belt lines, both versions deliver smoother, cleaner, quieter and more stable material transportation with precise positioning accuracy. The whole system supports Class 10,000 cleanroom standards, fully meeting strict dust-free production requirements.

2. Timing Belt Conveyor
Also known as the toothed belt conveyor, this model adopts high-performance composite belt materials. A single unit can be customized up to 6 meters in length with a maximum load of 60kg, supporting both forward and reverse running.
The timing belt offers solid wear resistance and long-term operational stability. Its running speed can be adjusted flexibly to adapt to different production rhythms. It is versatile enough to handle various application scenarios, including consumer electronics assembly, lithium battery module processing and automotive component production.
3. Flat Belt Conveyor
Our flat belt, also called base belt, is made of high-toughness nylon material. It is highly resistant to friction and abrasion, making it ideal for long-term pallet contact and continuous cyclic operation.
A single flat belt conveyor section can reach 25 meters with a maximum load of 250kg. Equipped with reliable anti-static and anti-stretch properties that ordinary belts lack, it maintains stable high-speed conveying even during long-hour continuous operation.
It is commonly used for automated transportation and sorting lines, covering automotive electronics, warehouse logistics and general manufacturing industries.
4. Overhead Chain Conveyor
The overhead chain conveyor supports a maximum single-section load of 200kg, with a customizable conveying length within 8 meters. Its biggest advantage is ultra-low dust generation during operation, which makes it highly suitable for high-cleanliness workshops, especially lithium battery assembly lines. It effectively avoids particulate contamination that affects battery product quality.
Adopting overhead roller chain structure, the equipment runs with low vibration and low noise. Its enhanced wear resistance greatly extends the overall service life of the production line compared with ordinary conveying equipment.
5. Powered Roller Conveyor
Our powered roller conveyor belongs to light and medium-duty conveying equipment, with a single-section load capacity of 300kg. It fits well in both factory production lines and warehouse logistics scenarios.
With high conveying efficiency and a compact footprint, it perfectly matches the layout demands of modern smart factories. The working principle is simple and reliable: the driving system powers roller rotation to push materials forward steadily. It works well with bulk goods, bagged materials and boxed products.
To meet diversified production needs such as sorting and assembly, users can install different auxiliary accessories to expand the equipment’s functional capabilities.
