T5-W25 Timing Belt/ conveyor Belt:
Vitrans T5-W25 timing belt complies with ESD standards. It with a wear-resistant canvas nylon material on the surface and steel wires embedded inside to increase the tensile strength of the belt. It is widely used in accumulated Pallet Conveyor Systems.
Timing belt conveyor is accumulated. During Conveyor operating, the upper surface of the timing belt will continue to rub against the bottom of pallet. And the bottom of the timing belt will continue to rub against the belt guide profile. The accumulation situation will create some chips, and after long-term operating, timing belt may be worn out or tear up.
If the timing belt needs to be replaced, a new belt can be purchased according to the length marked on the belt surface, usually labeled as T5-W25-XXXX (length). Or the required belt length can be calculated based on conveyor total length.
For conveyor length less than 1500mm:
Required timing belt length(mm) = conveyor lenth X 2 + 80
For conveyor length not less than 1500mm:
Required timing belt length(mm) = conveyor lenth X 2 + 75
